Who we are

RetireReady (“we”, “us”) operates retirereadyuk.co.uk — a service that helps UK savers understand where they stand against national retirement benchmarks and, where they choose, connects them with FCA-regulated financial advisers. RetireReady is not a financial adviser and does not give financial advice. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you request your free retirement check — on this site or via a form on social media — we collect: your name, email address and phone number; and the answers you give in the check (your age, target retirement age, approximate pension and savings bracket, approximate income, and what retirement looks like for you). If you arrive from an advert we also record which advert brought you here.

How we use it

• To produce your personalised “Where You Stand” report.
• To email or text you your report link and reminders to finish your check.
• If you book a call, to share your details and report with the FCA-regulated adviser you are matched with, so the call is useful.
• To improve the service (aggregated, non-identifying analysis).

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We send electronic marketing only in line with the consent you give (PECR).

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with an FCA-regulated adviser only when you choose to book a call. We use trusted processors to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, AI-assisted chat processing); they process data on our instructions only. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, and to withdraw consent — email [email protected] and we will act promptly. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the service (for example, remembering your check so it resumes where you left off) and measurement pixels for our own advertising. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
